We are not a website that provides multiple sellers selling the same product. We are Refurb Phone, and we provide only one standard of products, which is our exceptionally high standards. Regardless of the grade you purchase you can rest assure that it will be the best. We are so confident in our products that we promise that if you get a device that is faulty from us on two separate occasions ( after initial repair ) we will offer to replace / upgrade or refund the device.

Repairs 

Unfortunately, with tech products they do become faulty. This can be due to general use or it may just happen that your product becomes faulty. Don’t despair !!!!

If this does happen, we will ensure that we repair and send your phone back to you within 3-5 working days. If we cannot repair the device than we will simply exchange it.
